Full Time Administrative Assistance Position Available

Growing NW suburban HVAC Company seeks person to assist our growing company in all administrative tasks and answer phones, schedule service call and dispatch technicians. 

Full time 40 hours a week in office , benefits, 401k, vacation. Pay range from $12-$14/hour depending on qualifications

Seeking a very organized and positive individual to perform a variety of customer service and administrative duties.   

 

Some of the job duties: 

Talking to customers, answering general inquiries  

Schedule, coordinate and dispatch technicians 

Prioritize service requests 

Monitor progress of technicians and adjust dispatch plans 

Order parts and inventory control  

Able to plan and schedule preventative maintenance work orders based on priority 

Authorized to work in the US 

 

Skills/Requirements: 

Professional written and verbal communication skills must be able to maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customers 

Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel 

Knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Payable 

Data Entry Skills 

High energy level. Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities 

Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines 

Resourceful, well organized, and dependable 

Ability to work independently 

Positive attitude in the workplace and a team player  

Social Media skills
