X-Golf Algonquin is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. We are a premier indoor golf and entertainment venue that offers an upscale, modern atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely and efficient manner
Take orders and handle cash and credit transactions
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol
Engage with guests and provide excellent customer service
Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a seamless experience for guests
Requirements:
3+ years of High-end bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale establishment
-Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as cocktail preparation and mixology
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
-Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Illinois bartender’s license
