Corinne Pierog was elected Chair of the Kane County Board in 2020 where she currently serves a population of nearly 520,000 residents. She has resided in the County for 24 years.
Pierog previously served two terms on the St. Charles D303 Board of Education, and on the board of the United Way of Central Kane County. She was appointed under Governor Pat Quinn to the IL Business Enterprise Program Council. She is also a former candidate for the IL State Senate and has served as the 1st vice-chair of Age Guide of Northeastern Illinois, and former member of the St. Charles Housing Commission.
